Why the gate is here

✓ To keep onboarding intentional while the full application system is finalized.
✓ To guide users first through education and structured progression instead of premature application submission.
✓ To protect data quality while production-readiness work continues behind the scenes.

Survey / Entry Share where you are today so KEYR can better understand your starting point and future needs.

Education Review how progression works, why starting points are determined through review, and how responsible advancement is earned.

Future Application The full application path will open once launch readiness, production controls, and final operating logic are in place.
